EASY GARLIC AIOLI

This simple and easy garlic aioli is perfect atop roasted veggies, a hot grilled burger, or even drizzled over fried eggs. Try dipping your fries in it for a creamy, delicious compliment to your salty, crispy, potato goodness. PS you can snag my favorite french fry seasoning recipe here.

My hack to a quick aioli? Skip the raw eggs and grab a jar of mayo. You can use classic mayo, avocado oil based, olive oil based – any will do! Five ingredients that I bet you have in your kitchen will come into play here. Mayo, fresh lemon juice, lots of minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. So simple- can we even count that as five whole ingredients? Surely not.

If you have a garlic mincer, we can mix this aioli together in a small bowl. If not, a small food processor or hand immersion blender may come into play. Another extra kitchen tool I like to use in my home is a lemon squeezer. You can definitely squeeze your lemons by hand, but this little contraption just helps to avoid seeds in your food.

And if you must, you could always substitute dried garlic for fresh minced… but, truly, we all know there is a big difference in flavor, so make sure you use lots of it! Either way, this recipe is easy and delicious. It’s also really easily whole 30 compliant- just be sure to check your mayo ingredients!
