Any smoothie that’s basically described as a cookie gets my vote. This gingerbread oatmeal smoothie definitely applies. it’s packed with hidden vegetables, healthy fats and plant based protein while still tasting like a cookie. What could be better?

This is a go-to for winter time when I’m loving everything pumpkin, peppermint and gingerbread. It’s an easy morning solution to breakfast or a post workout fuel too.

I love steaming and freezing my cauliflower for smoothies. Like in my basic green smoothie recipe. It adds creamy texture while amping up your smoothie with added fiber and b-vitamins. Plus you can barely taste it when you toss in spices and sweet bananas.
