This is not a drill. Grab your matcha and your blender because once you make this recipe, you’re never turning back. I will admit that I’ve had some terrible matcha lattes in my day. I’m just not ‘granola’ enough to love on that super earthy tasting beverage. I need a little sweetness with my cup of dirt, ya know? I know that you know sometimes matcha tastes like a cup of dirt. Not this one. It’s the perfect combination of natural sweeteners, creamy healthy fats, and good ole’ matcha to brighten your day.
THIS MATCHA LATTE WILL ROCK YOUR WORLD
10 oz water
1 tsp cashew butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
big pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp matcha powder
Blend until hot and enjoy!
PS did you know you’re not supposed to put hot things in your Vitamix? It ruins the seals on the blades. Be sure to use lukewarm or cold ingredients and blend until nice and hot!
