CHOCOLATE BANANA BLENDER PANCAKES

I’ll make you banana pancakes, pretend like it’s the weekend, yeahhhh. Mhm, chocolate banana pancakes is right! Is there anything cozier than pancakes and snuggles on a Sunday morning? I think not. These were super easy to throw together, in fact I made the batter in my blender! Totally optional, but it does a great job of mixing it all up if you’re not a huge fan of whisks like me. Another great option is a hand immersion blender! I’ve linked both in my shop page. Anywho, back to the good stuff…

CHOCOLATE BANANA BLENDER PANCAKES

Prep time: 15 minutes

Serves: 2

1 c oats

1/2 ripe banana

2/3 c almond milk

1 egg white

1 tbsp cacao powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

a dash of cinnamon

Combine ingredients and blend on LOW! If you opt to use a blender, it’s important to keep your speed slow to avoid cooking the egg while combining. Pour your batter into a well greased skillet, flip pancakes when they start to bubble.

Batter makes 6 mini pancakes.
